Aravali International Film Festival is named after Aravali, a mountain range in the northwestern part of India, running approximately 692 km in south-west direction, starting near Delhi, passing through southern Haryana and Rajasthan, and ending in Gujarat. Aravali is the oldest range of fold mountains in India Many famous towns are located in this geographic area including the capital of India depicting a wide spectrum of cultural diversity.
This festival aims to capture all the beauties of this cultural diversity along with international cinema.
We invite all filmmakers especially the independent filmmakers and film lovers to the world of cinematic excellence at the Aravali International Film Festival. Since 2020, our festival has been managed by professionals who are passionate about the art of filmmaking. What makes us stand out is our panel of judges/jury members, who represent diverse backgrounds from various parts of the world. These experts evaluate and rank the films submitted, turning our festival into a highly competitive platform for filmmakers. In addition, we provide a range of enriching experiences, including workshops and masterclasses taught by industry veterans and participating filmmakers.
We are proud to collaborate with Alliance Française de Delhi and offer monthly screenings of top-tier films to elevate the cultural experience for our audience. The monthly screening is followed by a 3-days annual event. The 7th edition of the event is planned for 3-5 April 2026.
